Comfort and dramatic views are the hallmarks of this trek, which is probably the most popular trek in Nepal. Ideal for novice walkers of all ages this one-week trek will give you the inspiration to return and taste more. You will slowly climb a long ridgeline that offers beautiful views of the valleys below. Passing through ever-higher villages you will be amazed by the countless multicolored terraces flowing down the hillsides. Finally you will reach the famous Poon Hill and appreciate the majestic panorama of the Annapurna.

Itinerary
 

Day 01   Arrive Kathmandu
Height: 1300m
Meet with our representative at the airport. Drive to hotel.
Day 02 Kathmandu
Duration: 4 hrs
Height: 1300m
Half day sightseeing O/N at hotel.
Day 03  Kathmandu - Pokhara
Duration: 6 hrs drive
Height: 960m
Drive by tourist bus or fly.
Day 04 Pokhara - Birethanti - Ulleri
Duration: 2 hrs drive& 5 hrs trek
Height: 2070m
After break fast drive to Birethati 45 kms and start the trek along the stream. It is beautiful walk pass waterfalls and villages 0f Magars.
Day 05

Ulleri - Ghorepani
Duration: 6 hrs
Height: 2850m
A gentle climb through pasture and cultivated fields. As the trail climbs higher, you walk up beside the cascading river through refreshingly cool oak and rhododendron forest to Ghorepani

Day 06

Ghorepani - Tadapani
Duration: 6 hrs
Height: 2670m
Wake up early morning and climb up to Pun hill from where can see from Dhaulagiri range to Mustang range. During the Sun rise panoramic views with colorful mountains. Again walk down to hotel and after breakfast walk up hill towards Tadapani. Climb with Mountain views again through Rhododendron forest. After the top path goes along the ridge and Trail descends steeply through dense moss-covered forest rich with bird life. A short early-morning climb to the Deurali pass for a spectacular panorama over Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna, and to Tadapani for beautiful sunset views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare.

Day 07

Tadapani - Ghandruk
Duration: 3 hrs
Height: 1950m
Trail descends along the dense moss-covered forest rich with bird life. A short walk to Ghandruk, which is a big village of Gurungs and ACAP office, gives you more affirmations. From village spectacular panorama over the Annapurna south, Himchuli and Machhapuchhare.

Day 08 Ghandrung - Birethanti - Pokhara
Duration: 4 hrs trek & 2 hrs drive
Height: 960m
Walk down stone steps all the way down to Syaulibazr and walk along the Modi valley. End the trek at new bridge and drive back to Pokhara. On Hotel
Day 09 Pokhara - Kathmandu
Duration: 6 hrs drive
Height: 1300m
Drive or fly.
